There's something truly magical about capturing the genuine moments of a family's life! Especially when it involves the most adorable girls I’ve ever seen! Recently, I had the pleasure of capturing a candid and documentary-style family photoshoot that was nothing short of heartwarming. We couldn't have asked for a more picturesque location than the Big Mountain Ranch in Whitefish, Montana. This location is such a special place for The Reffitt Family!

A Candid Rustic Family Photoshoot at Big Mountain Ranch

Nestled in the heart of Montana's stunning countryside, you’ll find Big Mountain Ranch. This very location is where the iconic Under the Big Sky music festival takes place. The dad of this session helped bring that idea to life so it was so fun getting to shoot in this ranch! The day was picture perfect for a family photoshoot. The sun filled the gorgeous Montana landscape, creating a warm, golden glow that set the stage for a playful and natural session. This candid approach allowed us to capture the fun and playful essence of the family's life!

The stars of our photoshoot were two adorable little girls named Olivia (Ollie) and Joie. These kiddos brought such an infectious energy and joy to the session. As we captured their candid moments, it was evident that this family's connection was so genuine. The ranch life vibe was the perfect backdrop for these docu-style photos! I couldn't have asked for a better setting or a more delightful family to photograph!
